Video Prototyping


KeyLess is a service for people who often forget or lose their keys. When you are registed with KeyLess, if you lose or forget for keys, you can just call the KeyLess-office, and you will have a set of spare keys within 30 minutes. If you don’t have phone, you can go to the nearest 7-Eleven and borrow the Keyless-phone. When talking to the customer service representative, a meeting place is agreed on after a short verification process. The KeyLess delivery boy verifies your identity before handing out the keys.

Adam has a habit of locking himself out of his apartment. Luckily KeyLess is able to reunite him with his keys within 30 minutes.

After having used the KeyLess phone, Adam goes to the meeting place, where the KeyLess guy is delivering his set of spare keys.

The spare key comes In a kit including a pre-paid envelope, so that Adam can return the key and get a refund.

The Interaction Design Programme


The Interaction Design Programme is a collaborative initiative between Copenhagen Institute of Interaction Design (CIID) and The Danish Design School (DKDS). Our aim is for students, faculty and staff to work together in a multi-cultural, multidisciplinary studio environment to co-create a new kind of education that is relevant for academia and industry.
