When you are registed with KeyLess, if you lose or forget for keys, you can just call the KeyLess-office, and you will have a set of spare keys within 30 minutes. If you don’t have phone, you can go to the nearest 7-Eleven and borrow the Keyless-phone. When talking to the customer service representative, a meeting place is agreed on after a short verification process. The KeyLess delivery boy verifies your identity before handing out the keys.
